(1) You have informed us within 14 days (at info@the-tester.com) that you wish to return your order.
(2) The goods have been received back by us within 14 days, after receipt.
(3) The test package has been received back intact by The Medical Tester.

It is your own responsibility that the return is delivered to us. Insufficiently stamped mail will not arrive and cannot be refunded.
Upon return, you will be credited with the full returned order amount excluding shipping costs.
